Orientation

This module is an introduction to the Joblink program. It provides information to participants and their families about Joblink and its roles and responsibilities with regard to participants and training. This module will also allow participants to explore their ideas and expectations of work and their roles and responsibilities in a work environment.

Families are encouraged to participate in this stage of the program. This allows for participants and their families to contribute, creating a more individualised training program. At the end of this module an individualised plan will be developed in consultation with all parties, stating goals and objectives for the remainder of the program.
