Training and support programs are provided to each person and are based on the individual needs as identified through consultation with the person and significant people in their life. Each of the outlets have core objectives such as integrating within the community, developing independent living, social and leisure skills and enhancing their communication.

The nineth service outlet known as the Case Management Service assists adults with a primary physical disability that require support to access employment training and developing their community and independent living skills. These individuals do not access a centre based day program. This service also provides support to adults with a very high to moderate support need and primary intellectual disability that choose not to access a centre.
