Greene Street Community Participation, Warrawong
Greene Street Centre: Based in Warrawong and established in 1994, GSC supports individuals funded under the Post School Options or Community Participation Program. Service users have a high to moderate support need and attend up to five days per week. The Service provides transport to those individuals living at home with family and unable to use public transport. All service users attending the centre have an Individual Plan completed and active participation on their behalf is encouraged. IP's ensure that all people involved with the person are assisting them to work toward their own goals. Short and long term goals are established and formal and informal programmes are commenced according to these. Consistency in service delivery is maintained and accountability/quality is assured.
